A defective Vehicle: New, Used or Leased
A defect is something the vehicle does, or does not do, that falls below the standard set forth in the warranty.
A Lemon is a vehicle that the manufacturer has not successfully repaired after a certain number of attempts, or after the vehicle has been out of service for a particular number of days.

A Valid Lemon
A lemon is a vehicle in which the defective condition substantially impairs its use, value or safety.
A consumer can have a valid lemon law claim when successive defects demand continuous repair, even if the dealership successfully repairs each defect, so long as problems continue to arise.

Who has what rights and what duties in Lemon
